Q1: How about the MOQ?

A: We don’t have MOQ required, we can accept small order, 1pc can be acceptable, but we can give some discount for large order.

Q2: How about the package

A: We will use the carton package.

Q3: How about the shipment?

A: For sample order, we usually ship by express or by air, for bulk order, we usually ship by sea.

Q4: How about the lead time?

A: For sample order, we usually need 5 working days, for bulk order, we usually need 7-15days for mass production.

Q5: How about the warranty?

A: 1 year for led light, 2 years for plastic part.

Q6: How should we do if the product is failed?

A: Just need to tell us the quatitty and the problem, send us the failed image, we will send a new one for free.

Q7: Will you send the spare part?

A: Yes, we will preapre 2% spare part when shipment( if order over 50pcs).
